A new way to move

This June, we're launching something we've never done before.

MOVEMENT - a collaboration with Jason Luke that reimagines what a fitness retreat can be.

Eight days of intentional movement, immersive music, and the kind of transformation that happens when you stop forcing it and start feeling it.

Three nights aboard a premium catamaran sailing the Balearics. Four nights at a private Ibiza villa with a pool. Every session scored. Every moment curated. Every beat designed to carry you deeper into your body.

This is what happens when rhythm meets the sea.


Meet Jason Luke

Jason doesn't do cookie-cutter workouts.

His approach blends functional training, mental clarity, and community - all set to soundtracks he curates himself. Hand-crafted playlists that match the energy of each session. Music that makes you forget you're working out because you're too busy feeling alive.

He's spent years building a practice that honours what your body actually needs. Not what Instagram says you should look like. Not what trends tell you to chase.

Just movement that makes sense. Training that feels good. Sessions where you lose track of time because you're fully present.

And now he's bringing that philosophy to the water.


What eight days looks like

Life aboard (Days 1-4) You'll board at Marina Ibiza and sail toward Formentera. White sand. Turquoise water. Es Vedrà's dramatic silhouette rising from the sea.

Wake to sunrise sessions on deck - mobility flows while the world is still quiet. The kind of movement that feels like meditation. Breath synced with waves. Body synced with breath.

Midday swims in hidden coves. Afternoon training where the only sounds are the playlist, the ocean, and your own heartbeat.

Dinner beneath the stars. Early bedtimes earned by sun and salt water.

Villa life (Days 4-8) Trade the catamaran for a private villa. Pool sessions. Garden workouts. Training that uses your body weight, the landscape, and Jason's intuitive approach to movement.

Mornings start slow. Coffee. Stretching. Easing into the day like you have nowhere else to be (because you don't).

Midday sessions push - functional strength, core work, the kind of training that makes you realize you're stronger than you thought. But it never feels like punishment. Just possibility.

Evenings are for connection. Group dinners. Sunset swims. Conversations that only happen when phones are away and presence is the default.


The soundtrack matters

Every session has music.

Not just any playlist thrown together. Jason builds each one specifically for the moment - the energy, the movement, the intention.

Dawn flows feel like moving meditation. Midday training pushes you in ways that don't feel like forcing. Evening sessions bring everything back down.
