Callie and Alex

Callie and Alex

Long-distance best friends for nearly a decade, Alex and Callie first met at New York Fashion Week and built a friendship rooted in intentional connection, shared curiosity, and a love of experiencing the world together. Over the years, their friendship has carried them across continents, through countless conversations, and into an annual tradition of travelling together in search of beauty, wonder, and the kinds of experiences that remind us what it means to be fully alive. After visiting Mallorca together in 2021 and falling in love with the island’s crystal blue coastline, hidden calas, vibrant markets, and mountain villages, they began dreaming of creating a trip where other women could experience that same sense of connection and belonging. What started as a friendship became a shared vision: bringing together thoughtful, creative, heart-led women for a week of meaningful conversation, unforgettable adventures, and the kind of community that lingers long after the journey ends. Blending the magic of land and sea, local culture and deep presence, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, connect, and remember how expansive life can feel when experienced in community. Our hope is that you arrive as strangers and leave with lifelong friends, carrying home memories, inspiration, and perhaps a renewed trust in yourself and the beauty of this world.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer full payment, low deposits (from just £500/$700 per person) and flexible monthly payment plans - full details are shown on the next step when booking, and we’re always here if you need to discuss options.

You’ll just need to book your own flights and airport transfers, and arrange personal travel insurance, plus cover the cost of any on-land meals and drinks.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before your sail will receive a refund minus the deposit and any transaction fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your cancellation request.

If full payment isn’t made by the specified due date, any amount paid to date will be forfeited.

Your Nautica experience begins at Port d'Andratx, Mallorca. Check-in is from 2pm on the first day of your trip.

You’ll need to make your own way to the port - the nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca (PMI), just 35-40 minutes away by taxi.

You can book a cabin for two people travelling together, reserve a full cabin for yourself with solo occupancy, or take a spot in a shared cabin if you're travelling solo.

All cabins on board feature double beds that cannot be separated into twins, so if you're travelling solo and open to sharing, we'll pair you with another solo traveller. This option comes at a significantly lower price per person, but you will have to share both the cabin and the bed. If you're not comfortable with that and you'd prefer your own space, consider booking a cabin with solo occupancy.

Your cabin booking carries over to the villa. If you booked a private cabin, whether for two people or solo occupancy, you'll have a private room at the villa too. If you booked a spot in a shared cabin, you'll be in a shared room at the villa as well, but you'll have your own bed there.

This trip is exclusively for women. Whether you're coming solo or with a friend, you'll be joining a small group of curious, open-hearted women drawn together by a love of travel, meaningful connection, and the desire to experience something truly special.
