We created Nautica Collective because we were the ones searching for it.
We’re Lucy and Gez - two long-time friends who met over a decade ago working in travel and events. Between us, we’ve spent 40 years crafting experiences for boutique tour operators, global yacht companies, and brands that knew how to make people feel something.
But even with all that, we couldn’t find the kind of sailing trip we actually wanted to take. Everything out there was either a party cruise built for 18 year olds or an ultra-luxury charter designed for the 1%. There was no middle ground. Nothing for Millennial travellers in their late 20s, 30s and 40s who wanted something boutique, well-designed, and a little more grounded. The ones craving experience over excess, and connection without chaos.
So we built the thing we wished existed - a yachting experience for the aspiring luxury crowd. Thoughtful. Beautiful. Still relaxed. Still real.
Nautica Collective blends the freedom of sailing with off-the-grid exploration and a quietly luxurious vibe. Think chef-prepared meals, no more than 5 boats per fleet, thoughtful local experiences, and days that strike the right balance between stillness and story.
We know this world because we’ve lived in it - as travellers, as insiders, and now as founders. And we’ve designed every detail of Nautica Collective with that in mind.
This isn’t a cruise. It’s not a party boat. And it’s definitely not mass-market.
It’s a new way to travel, a new way to see the world and a new way to connect.
We don’t send much. But when we do, it’s worth opening. New sails. First drops. Stories from the waterline.
