Day 1: Athens Riviera → Aegina

Board at Alimos Marina, just south of Athens, and sail for Aegina in the early afternoon. Becky opens your kit and gets everyone making their first marks on deck: a loose colour swatch page pulled straight from the sea and sky. Ashore, stroll the waterfront sculpture walk, then drop anchor for your first dinner on board.

Day 2: Aegina → Poros via Moni

A short morning sail to Moni. Swim in clear water, or go ashore for quick gesture drawings of the island’s deer and peacocks, working fast and loose before they wander off. In the afternoon, carry on to Poros for a Mediterranean feast from your private chef.

Day 3: Poros

A slow morning on the water, then into Poros town to wander, swim or settle into a café with your sketchbook. As the sun drops, climb to the clock tower and work on light and shadow across the terracotta rooftops, harbour and mainland. The evening is yours to enjoy ashore on the waterfront.

Day 4: Poros → Dokos

Spend the day sailing towards Dokos, a quiet, almost uninhabited island between Poros and Hydra, known for its secluded bays and the discovery of one of the world’s oldest shipwrecks. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with time for a longer painting session onboard, taking inspiration from the island’s rugged coastline and open water. Drop anchor for the night, swim off the back of the yacht and enjoy dinner under the stars.

Day 5: Dokos → Hydra

A short hop to car-free Hydra. Go palette-hunting through its doorways, shutters and harbour, browse independent galleries and art shops, and catch the summer exhibition in the DESTE Foundation’s former slaughterhouse. Swim off the rocks at Spilia or Hydronetta before a Greek feast on board.

Day 6: Hydra → Agistri

A full day on the water and the longest leg of the week, sailing north from Hydra up to Agistri, the small pine-covered island tucked in behind Aegina. We break the sail with a swim stop and lunch on the yacht, then drop anchor off Agistri for the night, in a turquoise bay on the south of the island with a little islet you can swim across to. Wine tasting followed by dinner aboard.

Day 7: Agistri → Athens

Enjoy one final day on the water, starting with a morning swim at Dragonera, where Agistri’s pine forests meet the sea. From here, sail north towards Athens, stopping for one last swim along the way. Raise a farewell toast onboard before disembarking at the marina, where you can head into Athens to explore or spend the afternoon at one of the nearby beach clubs.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer two ways to book a cabin. You can share a cabin with a travel companion, ideal for couples, friends or family sailing together. Or, if you’d prefer your own private space, you can reserve a full cabin for yourself with solo occupancy.

We offer full payment, low deposits (from just £500/$700 per person) and flexible monthly payment plans - full details are shown on the next step when booking, and we’re always here if you need to discuss options.

You’ll just need to book your own flights and airport transfers, and arrange personal travel insurance, plus cover the cost of any meals and drinks on land.

Tipping is optional and always appreciated. If your skipper and chef make the trip special (and they usually do), we recommend between £200 and £400 per guest, shared between them.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 90 days or more before your sail will receive a refund minus the deposit and any transaction fees. Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your cancellation request.

If full payment isn’t made by the specified due date, any amount paid to date will be forfeited.

Your Nautica experience begins at the marina in Alimos, Athens, Greece. Check-in is from 5pm on the first day of your trip.

You’ll need to make your own way to the marina - the nearest airport is Athens Airport (ATH), just 40-45 minutes away by taxi.

Ahead of your sail, we’ll send you a handy travel guide with all you need to know - best flights, transfer tips, and nearby hotels if you want to stay a night pre or post-sail. And we’re always here if you need a little extra advice.
