Day 1: Tortola Arrival

Touch down, tune in. You'll board at Hodges Creek Marina and ease into island time with a post-flight mobility flow on deck — stretch, breathe, and properly arrive. Get to know your crew, then settle in with a sunset cocktail at Dragonfly Bar before an evening breathwork circle under the stars.

Day 2: Tortola → Norman Island

Wake up and move. A dynamic sunrise flow targets hips, hamstrings, and shoulders before your first full sail glides you to Norman Island, all emerald hills and rum-soaked pirate legends. Snorkel the Indians reef and the Caves, then burn off the brunch with an afternoon HIIT beach circuit at Pirates Bight — sprints, bands, and bodyweight on barefoot sand. Sunset mobility and meditation close the day before dinner at the iconic beach club.

Day 3: Norman Island → Peter Island → Cooper Island

The day starts with a run club at Deadman's Bay — loops and intervals with ocean views, followed by a post-run stretch and breathwork on the beach. Sail to Little Harbour for a swim with sea turtles, then pull into Cooper Island for downtime at the eco-chic Beach Club. A lower-body strength session on deck as the sun drops, and dinner onboard featuring grilled mahi mahi, coconut rice, and roasted vegetables.

SabaRock

Day 4: Cooper Island → The Baths → North Sound

An early sail takes you to The Baths — a granite wonderland of boulders, caves, and trails built for a guided hike and mobility flow ending at Devil's Bay. Brunch picnic in the cove, ocean swims, then on to North Sound. An upper-body strength session and sunset yoga on Saba Rock Deck before dinner overlooking the bay.

Day 5: Virgin Gorda → Sandy Spit → Little Jost Van Dyke

Start with a morning mobility and breathwork flow, then a strength and conditioning session on the Leverick Bay lawn. Sail west through island-dotted blue to Sandy Spit — your private castaway islet for ocean swims and paddleboarding. Beach conditioning in the shallows, then sundowners at Foxy's Taboo and a Caribbean feast onboard as the stars come out.

Day 6: Little Jost → Guana Island → Great Camanoe

A sunrise trail run or beach intervals kick off the day, followed by a recovery flow. Sail north past hidden islets, drop anchor at White Bay for snorkelling and paddleboarding, then hit a deck strength session with the kind of ocean views that make every rep worth it. Evening yoga leads into a lobster barbecue under the stars.

Day 7: Great Camanoe → Trellis Bay

One final team HIIT session on Trellis Bay Beach, finishing with a celebratory ocean dip. A mobility cool-down and moment of reflection before the chef's farewell brunch served alfresco on deck. Sail back to Hodges Creek Marina, then a gratitude flow at sunset and a final surf and turf dinner onboard. You've earned every bite.

I just wanted to say thank you all for such an incredible and memorable week. It genuinely feels like we packed so much into a few days, and I really enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you. Jason, thank you for bringing us all together. What a brilliant group of people. I'd love for this to become an annual tradition if we can make it happen.
