Day 1: Port d’Andratx → Sant Elm

Board in Port d'Andratx, one of the prettiest harbours on the island, and we are off the dock by early afternoon. We sail north past Sa Dragonera, the long, protected island off Mallorca's western tip that locals say looks like a sleeping dragon. Then it is a short run into the bay at Sant Elm, where we drop anchor for the night. A swim off the back of the boat, sundowners on deck and dinner onboard as the week begins.

Day 2: Sant Elm → Cala Deià

This is the day the Tramuntana mountains take over, with cliffs and pine-covered peaks rising straight out of the sea and barely a road in sight. We sail up the coast to Cala Deià, a tiny cove lined with old fishermen's huts and one of the most beautiful on the island. Head ashore for lunch at the beach restaurant, or take the walk up to Deià village, where the poet Robert Graves made his home among stone houses stacked up the hillside.

Day 3: Cala Deià → Port de Sóller

A short sail along the coast brings us into Port de Sóller, a deep horseshoe bay ringed by mountains. The afternoon is yours. Hop on the wooden tram that has been rattling through the orange groves between the port and Sóller town since 1913, wander the town square with a scoop of the local orange ice cream, or stretch out on the beach. Back on board, your chef hosts a tasting of local Mallorcan wines before dinner.

Day 4: Port de Sóller → Cala Tuent and Sa Calobra

We head north along the wildest stretch of the coast to Cala Tuent, a remote cove sitting beneath Puig Major, the highest peak on Mallorca. Lunch is onboard, then the paddleboards come out. In the afternoon it is a short hop round the headland to Sa Calobra. Take the path through the cliff tunnels to the pebble beach at the mouth of the Torrent de Pareis gorge. Dinner aboard by your private chef.

Day 5: Sa Calobra → Sa Foradada

Today we sail back down the Tramuntana coast to Sa Foradada, a calm bay beneath a huge rock with a hole worn right through it by the sea. Swim, snorkel and relax for the afternoon. Tonight we have the option to go ashore and dine at the restaurant above the water which known for its paella cooked over a wood fire.

Day 6: Sa Foradada → Cala en Basset and Port d'Andratx

Our last full day on the water. We sail on to Cala en Basset, a hidden bay below an old watchtower that you can only reach on foot or by boat, with water so clear the yacht looks like it is floating. One last long swim, then we round the headland back into Port d'Andratx for the evening. Our final meal together where we toast to the week on deck.
