What are the payment options?
Book now from £500 per person, flexible payment plans available - from just £832 per person per month, and all deposits fully transferrable should your plans change.
What’s Included?

Is the festival ticket included?
Festival tickets are included. If you have already booked your festival ticket please contact Hospitality who will refund your original ticket.
Your Hospitality On The Beach festival ticket can be refunded if you choose to upgrade to the yacht experience.
The sailing experience ends on 4 July, but your festival ticket remains valid for 5 + 6 July. If you stay for the final two nights of the festival, separate accommodation will need to be arranged.
Are there any additional costs?
You’ll just need to book your own flights and airport transfers, and arrange personal travel insurance, plus cover the cost of any on-land meals and drinks.
What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before your sail will receive a refund minus the deposit and any transaction fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your cancellation request.
If full payment isn’t made by the specified due date, any amount paid to date will be forfeited.
Where do we check in and set sail?
Your sailing week begins in Šibenik Marina, where the crew will be ready to welcome you aboard. Check-in opens from 3pm on the first day of your trip.
You’ll need to make your own way to the marina. The nearest airports are Split Airport (SPU), around 1 hour away, or Zadar Airport (ZAD), approximately 50 minutes by car.
Ahead of your sail, we’ll send you a handy travel guide with all you need to know - best flights, transfer tips, and nearby hotels if you want to stay a night pre or post-trip. And we’re always here if you need a little extra advice.
