Lucy Greenhill
Lucy started her career in event management - getting paid to travel the world before she’d even turned 20. What began as a summer job quickly turned into a lifelong love affair with travel, culture, and connection.
For seven years she lived between Ibiza, Mallorca, and London while working for Ibiza Rocks - immersed in music, creativity, and the kind of energy that defined her 20s.
It was during this chapter she met Gez, her future co-founder, and Luke, her now-fiancé, on a London club dancefloor.
Later, she joined The Yacht Week, where she discovered her love for sailing - and saw how powerful travel on the water could be.
But something was missing.
The experiences on offer didn’t speak to the millennials who were growing out of the party scene, but still craved connection, adventure, and unforgettable places.
Nautica Collective is the trip she always wished existed: curated, soulful, and rooted in community.
A new kind of sailing experience for a new kind of traveller.
Today, Lucy splits her time between spreadsheets and salt air.
Equal parts strategist and sea-chaser.
She’s passionate about building experiences that connect people, feel meaningful, and leave a lasting imprint (ideally with a margarita in hand).
